Most clients feel nervous, unsure, or even a little embarrassed before they reach out. That’s completely normal — and this page is here to help you feel clear, calm, and confident before booking.
Section 1: Before You Book
🧠 I don’t know where to start. Will that be a problem?
Not at all. That’s my job. You don’t need to come prepared — just come as you are. I’ll guide the session and ask the right questions to get us moving fast.
💬 What if I don’t have my accounts in order yet?
No worries. Whether it’s spreadsheets, notes, or ideas in your head — I’ll work with what you’ve got. You’re not behind.
😰 I’m embarrassed by how messy it all feels.
Lovely — most of my clients feel that way at first. There’s no judgment here, only support. I’ve made the mistakes. I’ve lived the stress. I’m here to help, not criticise.
💸 Is there a payment plan available for the 2-Hour Fix Session?
Currently, payment is due at booking. But if this is a blocker, send me a message — I’ll always be honest and do what I can to support you.
Section 3: Tech & Prep
📱 Do I need anything special to join the call?
Just a phone or laptop with a camera and a quiet space if possible. If you don’t have a laptop, we can make it work — let me know.
📦 Do I need to prepare any documents beforehand?
Nope. If you have things to share, great — but if not, we’ll figure it out together. I’ll ask questions and help you organise as we go.
🧾 What if I’m not great with numbers?
That’s fine — I am. My job is to translate what’s going on into plain, clear language. You’ll understand everything by the time we’re done.
